This year we’re excited to share with you how the Crossvine will continue to grow.  Phase 2 and 3 are now open and feature the same winding trails, greenbelts, pocket parks, and distinctive details that make The Crossvine unique.  David Weekley Homes and CalAtlantic Homes will continue to build their Texas heritage-style homes in Phase 2 and we are excited to welcome Pulte Homes as our newest builder in Phase 3.  In total, we have 195 new lots to offer this year- 195 chances for you to join this vibrant community.

As a master-planned community whose promise is to create an active, dynamic neighborhood in South Schertz, we are busy growing in other ways as well. This year we plan to begin building garden homes and a multi-family node and we’ll start digging dirt for the next phase of single-family homes.

Planning for the Town Center, above Lower Seguin, is moving forward with a design that weaves neighborhood retail, restaurant spaces, and offices around a central water trail.

For residents, we’re planning more community activities and opportunities to use the amphitheater, amenity center pavilion, and greenbelts to make the most out of what The Crossvine has to offer.

In short, 2017 is a new leaf.
