Bring on the birthday parties and potlucks! Our residents love booking the open-air pavilion for their gatherings. It’s also the location for many of The Crossvine’s planned community events!

Multipurpose Outdoor Amphitheater

Calling all musicians, magicians, and main acts! Community talent has a friendly stage at The Crossvine. Our amphitheater is also a popular spot for movie nights under the stars.

Hike and Bike Trail System

Our miles and miles of manicured trails connect homes, amenities, and green space alike. Our residents love enjoying our trails for a quick workout or a leisurely stroll.

Throughout The Crossvine, we’ve incorporated small nooks to play or rest. These quaint little areas provide the perfect place to take a moment out of your day to reset.

Exercise Course

We’ve installed free-standing calisthenics equipment in one of The Crossvine’s pocket parks. It’s the perfect complement to a morning workout on the trail.

Lending Libraries

Looking for an old classic? Or a funny fiction? Our outdoor lending libraries offer free stories for the whole family. Not to mention, plenty of great reading nooks sprinkled throughout the community.

Yes, it’s true. Our community’s next-door neighbor is the beautiful Heritage Oaks Park. It’s a lovely place to spend an afternoon picnicking and playing.
