What’s Happening at The Crossvine
Construction Updates
Drive down FM 1518 in South Schertz today and things will look significantly different than they did 6 months ago. What was once a large, empty field now has the makings of The Crossvine, and we’ve been hard at work moving dirt (and plants and stones and concrete) to keep things rolling along. Streets and sidewalks are paved in the first phase of the neighborhood; street signs and lampposts are up; and we’re in the middle of installing the entry features and the ornamental stone walls that surround and weave throughout the community. Work is also in progress on the amenities at The Crossvine—with two of the community ponds already filled and complete and the beginnings of our 12-mile greenbelt and hike and bike system installed and already begin put to use by our more-than-welcome neighbors.
Every day, new things at The Crossvine continue to sprout and develop, and we’re increasingly excited about the community coming to fruition. Construction on model homes from David Weekley Homes and Ryland Homes will begin soon. You’ll be the first to know when more home details are announced and be sure to “like” us on Facebook and stay up-to-date on the latest progress.
